We are passionate about cooking excellent, fresh, authentic Caribbean food from premium ingredients, using traditional recipes handed down through the generations.
We are a family business with 25 years’ experience under our belts, running under the watchful eye of our owner and head chef, Robin Knight. A fully qualified chef, Robin first learnt to cook with his mother back home in Barbados.
